No, we are unable to accept payment plans for your pet's medical care.  All payments are due at the time of service.  We do however acknowledge that veterinary care can be sudden and unexpected.  We have therefore partnered with a company called Care Credit to provide you with a low-interest credit card that can be used for veterinary care as well as human medical care.

You do not need to spay or neuter your dog, though it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you do.

Not only does spaying/neutering remove the chances of unwanted litters of puppies or kittens, but it also significantly lowers the risks of many serious diseases including cancers and infections.  It will often correct unwanted behavioral issues as well.

We are always more than happy to discuss your thoughts and beliefs on the subject.

Vaccinations are a very good way to assure your pet and family stay happy and healthy throughout their life.  Our vaccination protocols are based on your pet's specific needs depending on their lifestyle and potential exposures.  Each of our veterinarians will take the time to answer your questions or concerns about vaccinating your pets.

Country Care Veterinary Center has the ability and expertise to treat and care for a multitude of species.  In the clinic we see mostly dogs, cats, birds, and pocket pets, though Dr. Tim will see pretty much anything you can squeeze in the door.  We also do farm-calls to see Horses and small ruminants, however it can be difficult for us to get away from the clinic for urgent needs.  Pretty much the only animals we do not work on would be cattle. If you have an animal that is not on the list but would like to have it seen for a medical condition please give us a call at 607-639-2200 and ask!  We try to accommodate most of our patient's needs, however somethings are beyond our expertise or equipment.  It never hurts to ask though!
